Why Network Arkansas?

Intentional Business Networking in Arkansas That Actually Works.

Built for Arkansas business owners who want meaningful relationships, real conversations, and results — without rigid rules or performative networking.

What a Better Network Looks Like

Network Arkansas is a professionally facilitated, mastermind-style business networking organization designed for entrepreneurs and professionals across Arkansas.

We built Network Arkansas for Arkansas business owners, entrepreneurs, and professionals who want intentional business relationships and real results without rigid rules, performative meetings, or networking that feels like a second job. Our professional networking teams are designed to support your business, not control your calendar.

Through intentional structure, purposeful facilitation, and community support, Network Arkansas helps business leaders build strong local networks that drive sustainable growth and real ROI, with a vision to serve communities across Arkansas.

Below, you’ll find a simple explanation of how our business networking meetings work and why so many professionals say this feels like networking, but better.

How Network Arkansas Actually Works

  • Profession-exclusive seats* within our Network In Action (NIA) groups to keep relationships focused and referral pathways clear
  • Monthly meetings built for conversation, not performance
  • Accountability that supports results, not micromanagement
  • Coaching and structure designed around real business growth

This approach allows professionals across Arkansas to build intentional relationships that lead to long-term results.

*Note: Profession exclusivity applies to Network In Action (NIA) groups. Our NIAX model offers a more flexible, non-exclusive structure while maintaining the same intentional focus.

Who Network Arkansas Is (and Isn’t) For

Network Arkansas is a good fit if you:

  • Value intentional, relationship-driven business networking
  • Want networking to support your business, not dominate your calendar
  • Care about long-term results over quick or forced transactions

Network Arkansas is likely not a fit if you’re looking for:

  • Rigid attendance rules or one-size-fits-all requirements
  • Transactional referral exchanges
  • High-pressure or performative networking environments

Business Networking, Done Right. Finally!

If traditional business networking has ever felt like a poor use of your time, you’re not alone. Network Arkansas was built for Arkansas professionals who wanted something more intentional, more effective, and more aligned with how real businesses actually grow.

As a locally owned franchise of Network In Action (NIA), we take a different approach to professional networking in Arkansas. You won’t find forced elevator pitches, awkward coffee meetings, or routines that leave you wondering whether any of this will actually help your business.

Instead, we focus on strategic relationships, monthly mastermind-style meetings, and intentional structure supported by technology, all designed to help you build meaningful relationships and achieve measurable business results.

Our values

Strong businesses are built on strong relationships. At Network Arkansas, our approach to business networking in Arkansas is guided by collaboration, accountability, and genuine connection.

These values shape how our networking groups operate and how our we support one another. We believe accountability should encourage progress, collaboration should create opportunity, and relationships should feel authentic — not forced.

In the video featured here, you’ll hear from the founder of Network In Action and community leaders about the values behind this relationship-driven approach and why intentional connections lead to stronger businesses over time.

Our Philosophy

  • We lead with value, not pressure
  • We respect your time — every meeting has a clear purpose
  • We use technology intentionally to streamline follow-up and support real connections

Our History

Network Arkansas was founded by a business leader with a background in advertising, marketing strategy, networking leadership, and business coaching, along with a firsthand understanding of what works (and what doesn’t) when it comes to building meaningful professional relationships.

After years of helping businesses grow through intentional networking and relationship-based marketing, it became clear there was a gap in the local business community. Too many networking options were transactional, time-consuming, or poorly facilitated. Network Arkansas was created to fill that gap with professionally led, relationship-first networking model designed to deliver real results for professionals across Arkansas.

Our ROI Guarantee

We don’t just say networking works. We’re confident enough in our model to stand behind it. Network Arkansas offers an ROI guarantee for those who show up and participate consistently.

When you follow the system and show up consistently, your investment is designed to pay for itself and then some. The focus is not on pressure or quotas, but on consistent participation, strong relationships, and measurable business growth.

How We're Different

  • Not a volunteer-run networking group
  • Professionally facilitated by experienced business leaders
  • Strategic business networking aligned with your goals and industry

Our Commitment

We’re not here to simply grow your contact list. We are here to help you grow your business. Those who are part of Network Arkansas receive intentional support, access to professional resources, and the structure needed to turn meaningful relationships into real opportunities.

When you join Network Arkansas, you’re backed by a team committed to your long-term success, not short-term wins.

Real Community. Real Growth.

At Network Arkansas, you are not just another name on a roster. You build trusted referral relationships, meaningful collaborations, and often lasting friendships.

That is the power of relationship-based business networking done intentionally: real community that supports real growth.

“Strong businesses are built on strong relationships—and the right network can change everything.”

Network Arkansas is the Arkansas franchise of Network In Action (NIA), a national business networking organization that blends the power of monthly mastermind groups, professional facilitation, and smart technology to help professionals build lasting relationships and grow revenue. We exist to replace outdated, time-heavy networking with something more strategic and far more effective.

Most traditional groups are weekly, run by volunteers, and focused on attendance and rigid rules.
Network Arkansas is different:

  • We meet just once a month and each meeting is highly focused and professionally facilitated
  • We use cutting-edge technology to track referrals, engagement, and ROI
  • We build the team for you, so you’re not chasing down new participants
  • And we back it all with a 10x ROI Guarantee* — just ask, we’re happy to give you all the details

We’re not your grandfather’s networking group. We’re modern, intentional, and results-driven.

Our groups meet once a month for 90 minutes — that’s it. But don’t let the schedule fool you — these aren’t surface-level meetups. Each meeting includes:

  • A professional facilitator to guide the conversation
  • A mastermind-style format that digs into real business growth and challenges
  • Opportunities to give and receive referrals, tracked in our platform
  • Time to learn, connect, and walk away with next steps

Every meeting is designed to bring actual value — not just a stack of business cards.

Yes! While monthly meetings are the core, Network Arkansas offers more throughout the month:

  • Optional networking events and mixers
  • Lunch and Learns with expert topics
  • Award-winning speakers who bring fresh insights
  • National virtual events where you can connect with other NIA members across the country
  • You can stay as connected and engaged as your schedule allows.

Network Arkansas groups are made up of growth-focused business owners and decision makers across Arkansas. We offer different types of groups depending on your goals and industry, and most are profession-exclusive. Once a seat is filled, it remains exclusive to that profession.

Our goal is to create a healthy, non-competitive environment where professionals can build strong relationships and grow together.

Each applicant completes a background check and business assessment before joining. We are intentional about who we invite into the room because we are building high-caliber groups where trust, professionalism, and performance matter.

Ask about our different group options to see which one is the best fit for you.

For Network In Action (NIA) groups, the commitment is one 90-minute meeting per month. There are no weekly obligations and no time-wasting, just focused, high-value discussion.

Beyond the monthly meeting, there are additional ways to stay engaged throughout the month. From optional networking events to lunch and learns and our referral tracking platform, you have the tools and opportunities to stay connected and generate referrals between meetings.

Like anything in business, you get out of it what you put in, and we make it easy to stay engaged and see results.

For those participating through our NIAX model, there are no required meetings. Engagement centers around the referral platform, with full access to meetings and events if you choose to attend.

Yes, there is an investment to join, and it is designed to be one of the best business decisions you will make. The value of the tools, resources, coaching and relationships is built to exceed the cost.

Participants in our Network In Action (NIA) groups are backed by an ROI Guarantee. Details are shared during an in-person discovery meeting so you understand exactly how it works and what is required.

The ROI Guarantee applies to NIA groups and does not extend to NIAX participants due to the different structure and level of engagement.

We are happy to walk you through everything during that meeting.

We’re currently building groups in Central Arkansas, with plans to expand across the state. If you’re not in the Central Arkansas area — let’s talk! We may already be planning a group near you, and with enough interest, could start one right in your own backyard.
